Vin d' Oregon is operated by a small local family of true wine lovers with the passion for connecting wine lovers with the good wine. Our background is soil, we operate a local topsoil farm also serving local wineries across Oregon. From these roots we can provide an inside look at the wineries in our area. Vin d' Oregon idea was born, with the vision to bridge the gap between enjoying wine and facilitating an appreciation for the the art of creating good wine - from the soil to the glass.

Vin d' Oregon is tailored very carefully, because we believe that wine should be enjoyed and respected, not rushed.

Terms & Conditions

MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS FOR TOURS

Have a special date in mind? Let’s make it yours. Simply submit your reservation request or contact us directly, and we’ll take care of the details.

  • Once your request is received, our team will respond within 24 business hours by email or phone.

  • To confirm your booking, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your tour date and is applied toward your total balance.

  • Payments are processed securely by credit card.

At Vin d’Oregon, we operate private and custom tours 360 days a year. Personalized quotes are always available, and we’re happy to work with you to design a tour experience that inspires and delights.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit: A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations:

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled tour, 80% of the total fee will be retained.

    • If you cancel within 24 hours, 100% of the total fee will be retained.

Rescheduling: We understand plans may change. With at least 7 days’ notice, your deposit may be applied toward a future booking (subject to availability).

DAMAGE AND EXCESSIVE CLEANING

Tours are operated in a custom , luxury equipped 4×4 Range Rover Supercharge vehicle, or similar. Our reliability and your safety is a priority. We also take pride in our equipment keeping clean and well maintained for all our clients.

If for some reason there is extensive cleaning after you depart your trips and tours, such as food, spills, stains or damage you will be charged $200 fee per hour and any supplies or repairs necessary to bring the vehicle to original condition.

  • Prepare to be outdoors! Some of our luxury wine experiences take place outdoors. Wineries may not always be able to move tastings indoors in the event of rain, wind, heat, strong sun or seasonal allergies. Please dress comfortably and be prepared for the day’s weather conditions.

  • Pets: For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted in our vehicles or on tours.

  • Food & Allergies
    If your tour includes food service (such as our Picnic Charcuterie Basket), please inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we do our best to accommodate, wineries and food providers may not be able to guarantee allergen-free environments.

  • Under the weather: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you stay home. Please do not join the tour if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, sore throat, or muscle aches. We also request that guests refrain from attending if you or anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

Our goal is to create a welcoming and safe environment for all our clients. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any special requests for your luxurious tour with Vin d’Oregon. We are happy to make any reasonable accommodations!
